Safety is our Business. Scamp is the acknowledged safety leader in the transport of petroleum products. To keep our drivers safe, we have on average 1 HSSE Supervisor per 15 drivers providing constant support for our drivers.

The core engine of Scamp is safety. Everything we do revolves around the protection of our people, equipment, cargo, customers, and the public. From our best-in-class training programs to our strong safety culture, Scamp walks the talk every step of the way.

SAFETY MEETINGS

We host monthly safety meetings with our employees with a focus on safety information. Which provides a two way communication platform.

PROGRAMS

Scamp has a Safety Incentive Program in place where drivers can earn an extra 3.50 per hour. This is a point system which rewards the driver for extra effort in many areas. We offer a year end dividend based on company financial performance.

TRAINING

Scamp has an extensive 3-week training program for all new employees that ensures all individuals are competent to manage the fuel delivery process when released. There is ongoing training to help drivers through their initial year and refresher training beyond.
